During my time at X5, I led UX improvements for the “Paket” cashback service. I conducted user testing, identified friction in the promo code flow, and proposed changes to streamline the experience. It was a period that taught me a lot about working efficiently across a large-scale digital product team.

This was a period of intense growth for me. I was promoted to lead app designer just 7 months in, and worked on core flows across both mobile and web. I redesigned the coupon purchase process, improved partner card clarity, and introduced a structured mobile UI kit that ensured consistency across the app. I also initiated user interviews and testing, which helped ground our design choices in real user needs.
